Back in 2010, AJ Founder, James Wardle became the first TA hire for a boutique recruitment company within FinTech. In three years, he transformed an 18-member team with a turnover of £14m into an 85-strong powerhouse spanning London, Amsterdam, and Singapore, boasting a £60m turnover.
This experience nurtured a profound understanding of people’s impact on growth and the essence of building a robust Talent function…from the ground up.
Fast forward to 2013, the logical next step was the launch of his own venture and Alderson James was born. With a team of passionate individuals, AJ stands proud as one of the most recommended and respected agencies in our field.
