Reporting to: Head of HR

Reporting into the Head of HR and working as part of a team of 6, we are looking for an In-House Recruiter to join our People team in London and provide Recruitment support.

Duties: –

  • Develop an approach to recruitment to meet business needs through a period of substantial growth
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across non-tech functions including: –
    • Extensive CV sourcing on multiple job boards and websites, ensuring a continual pipeline of relevant candidates are available
    • Shortlisting of suitable candidates for internal stakeholders
    • Coordinating interviews between the candidate and respective business area
    • Conduct technical interviews and manage the assessment of tech capability
  • Promote methods of direct recruitment in order to develop a unique approach to recruitment, its innovation and reduce recruitment costs
  • Increasing the number of internal referrals received
  • Provide an outstanding candidate journey, managing expectations and building a long-term network of advocates
  • Manage and maintain the recruitment process, key metrics, all supporting documentation and reporting
  • Oversees the preparation of job descriptions, advertisements and interviewing candidates according to latest standards

Key skills and experience include: –

  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience including resourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
  • Use a variety of recruiting methods, such as social media websites and job boards
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential in order to build relationships with candidates of all levels
  • Determines staffing needs including advising on various advertising routes to market
  • Considers alternative work procedures to improve productivity
  • Stays abreast of relevant legislation, considers its impact on the company’s HR Recruitment strategy and recommends appropriate action
  • Experience in a fast moving, dynamic, digital, entrepreneurial businesses
  • Demonstrable high levels of integrity and desire to make a positive impact within the business and society
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with technical, commercial and external stakeholders
  • Proficient IT skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
